Corrections

Help us keep the record useful.

If a provider detail or price is wrong, outdated, or missing context, send us enough information to investigate it against the underlying source.

Last updated August 2026

What to include

  • The provider or health system name and location.
  • The procedure, service description, or billing code.
  • The exact value or label that appears incorrect.
  • The source you used, such as a provider page, bill, or public price file.
  • Your preferred contact information in case we need clarification.

How we review a report

We compare the report with the source record, check whether the price applies to the same service and payment type, and determine whether the change should update one result or a broader set of records. We may contact the provider for confirmation when the public source is ambiguous.

A correction request does not change a provider's billing system and does not guarantee a refund or a revised bill. If you are disputing a charge, contact the billing office and your insurer directly as well.
